You will receive your order within 5 (five) working days of the delivery to the courier.
Premiata has no responsibility for any prejudice resulting from delays in delivery. The courier will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order.
Should this not be possible, it will make a second attempt to the same address. If the courier can not deliver the parcel, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest courier's warehouse to the shipping addess. You will be receiving a notice with the detailed information to pick up the goods.
If you order outside the European Union (EU), you may have to pay local customs duties on your purchase. If you purchase your order within the EU, customs duties will not be applied. Customs duties will be calculated according to the regulations of the transit country of the goods.As a rule, customs duties are always charged to the consignee of the shipment before delivery.
